Collecting your Medication

If you are unable to collect from Waddesdon Surgery collection is possible from Quainton Village Store and Grendon Underwood Post Office.

The above collection points all now provide a prescription service for customers who are patients at Waddesdon Surgery.

Please ask a member of the Dispensary team for more details.

To use this service patients will need to do:

a. Indicate their consent to using this service - please see the repeat slips for details (there is an option to tick alternative collection point)

b. Have requested their prescription online via the website or by returning the repeat slip to the surgery

From 30 July 2018 onwards the prepared prescriptions will be delivered to the post office and village store on Mondays and Thursdays, currently they are delivered on a Tuesday and Friday. They will be held at the stores for a maximum of two weeks before being returned to the surgery.

Please note that this service will not cover controlled drugs or items that require refrigeration. These items are to be collected from the surgery as normal.
