Did Not Arrive Appointments

Unfortunately, each month there are numerous patients who do not attend their scheduled GP or Nurse appointment. This has a adverse effect on the GP & Nurse time, in such demanding times this prevents patients from booking much needed appointments.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we would like at least 24 hours’ notice, but we know this is not always possible, please try and let us know as soon as you can ahead of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment and we are not able to reuse the appointment, then this will still be classified as a DNA (Did Not Attend).
