Whether you have a suggestion, a compliment, a concern or wish to make a complaint, we encourage you to let us know by completing our online feedback form below.

We aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible, often by discussing them with the staff member involved. If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you can make a formal complaint. We ask that you do so in writing as soon as possible after the event, as this helps us investigate the matter thoroughly.

If you would prefer to discuss your concerns before making a formal complaint, please contact a member of our Management Team. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
