New Patients

If you are resident in our catchment area (or temporarily staying at an address in our area), you are welcome to register at Waddesdon Surgery.

To register with our practice, you will be asked to fill in a registration form, you can do that here, or you can pick up a paper form from the surgery. If you complete the paper forms, once completed we ask that you can drop them back down to us. If you would like to use our online forms, please follow the relevant links below.

Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, we are currently waiting for NHS Digital to update this to reflect the true practice area as there are a few inaccuracies. Unfortunately we do not cover the following areas:

• Berryfields
• Brill
• Calvert
• North Marsden
• Oving
• Steeple Claydon
• Stone
• Whitchurch

There may also be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google. In these circumstances please check on the Practice map above for more details, or contact the Practice.
