Referrals Service

In response to this Government and NHS Digital drive to increase accessibility to NHS systems, NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) are now available to patients through ‘Manage Your Referral’.

This now allows patients to book, rearrange or cancel their referral appointments directly with the service provider. Rather than going through your GP as a third party.

To manage your booking you will need the following information:

• Booking reference number – provided by your GP surgery
• Patients Year of birth
• Password or Access code – provided by your GP surgery

If you do not have your Booking reference number or Password/Access code:

Please contact your GP practice.

If you have your Booking reference number and Password/Access code but need assistance or don’t have access to a computer:

Appointments Line opening hours are: weekdays 8am to 8pm; weekends and bank holidays 8am to 4pm (closed on Christmas Day).

Please note the GP surgery has access to the same number, we do not have a dedicated access line.
