Following each consultation, you’ll receive a text message asking about your recent appointment with Waddesdon Surgery. This survey is part of the Friends and Family Test and helps us understand how we’re doing.

If you’d like, you can also tell us why you gave your rating and let us know if there’s anything we could have done better. Your feedback is shared regularly with our staff, helping us recognise what’s working well and identify opportunities to improve the care and service we provide.
