Move Together Buckinghamshire

Move Together Buckinghamshire is now available across the whole of Buckinghamshire!

Move Together Buckinghamshire is a physical activity referral service supporting residents aged 50 and over to move more and improve their health and wellbeing.

The service works with you to understand how you would like to become more active and creates a 12-week programme tailored to your needs. This could include:

🏠 Home workouts
📍 Signposting to local activity sessions
⏱️ Simple 10-minute “movement snacks” built into your everyday routine
đź’Ş Support to build confidence and make movement part of your life

Who can access Move Together?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are aged 50 or over
  • Are currently inactive or looking to become more active
  • Are living with, or at risk of developing, a long-term health condition
  • Live anywhere in Buckinghamshire

The difference Move Together can make

Hundreds of Buckinghamshire residents are already being supported to become more active, improve their wellbeing and regain confidence in their everyday lives.

You don’t have to make big changes all at once. Small steps can make a big difference.
