At Waddesdon Surgery, our Social Prescribing team is here to support your health and wellbeing beyond medical care.
Social prescribing is part of the NHS approach to supporting your overall wellbeing because good health is about more than medicine.
Starting in August, Clare and Louise from our Social Prescribing Team will be at our surgery from 9:30am–1:00pm on the second Tuesday of every month.
If you think they could help you, a friend, family member, or neighbour, please pop in and have a chat. Whether you’re looking for support with loneliness, wellbeing, finances, housing, or finding local community activities and services, they’re here to help.
No appointment is needed – just drop in!
