Support for patients with Diabetes

Do you, or someone you care about have Diabetes? Would you like to get some additional help and support to deal with this condition?

Stoke Mandeville Hospital offers a telephone advice service for patients who are already know to their service, you can access this by calling 01296 315 530 Monday – Friday 9am – 10am.

If you are not know to Stoke Mandeville Hospital then Diabetes UK also has a helpline which can be reached by calling 0345 123 2399. They also have a very useful webpage HERE.
